The company must also be an ALPEC Voluntary Certified Contractor principally engaged in the business of supplying petroleum equipment and must carry general liability insurance of no less than $100,000. Affiliate Members shall be individuals and/or companies which supply goods and services to Active Members. Affiliate Membership shall be available to out-of state general contractors and other companies which have a business interest in the petroleum marketing equipment industry and are not eligible for Active Membership. Companies which are engaged in the marketing of petroleum products shall be eligible for Affiliate Membership.
