Committees

Education Committee

In order to help ALPEC members retain a high standard of professionalism, the Education Committee shall:

Establish and oversee education programs
Be responsible for providing education opportunities necessary to comply with the ALPEC Voluntary Certified Contractor Program and re-certification program.
Establish a list of approved education programs and assign units to each program.


The Budget & Finance Committee

With the Treasurer as chair, the Finance Committee shall be responsible for:

Forming ALPEC's annual budget based upon the needs of the organization.
Establishing and maintaining funds necessary to meet the budget.


Membership Committee

The volume and participation of the membership in the association is vital to the prosperity of ALPEC. It will be the responsibility of this committee to:

Oversee retainage of existing members and establish programs and direction for recruiting new members.
Provide effective exchange of information throughout the association and its member firms.
Provide guidance to the staff of ALPEC in the area of communication, including newsletters and other forms of communication, in order to keep members abreast of events and information relative to their professions.


Marketing & Advertising Committee

The purpose and charge of this committee is to:

Retain ALPEC members in existing markets.
Increase member firm opportunities.
Elevate members by promoting professionalism within the industry.
